205 65 15 Which Tire
I have 15 inch Konig Verdict wheels. Right now I have Michelins (which just spin when I open the throttle up). I'm looking for a better tire. I've heard good things about the Falken Azenis and the Falken Ziex. I need new tires and don't have the flow to get new rims. Anybody have any other recommendations or comments on these tires?

Both designs are org tested and approved. Just an FYI- If you find a cheap price on tirerack or somewhere like that but want to buy it locally, Sears or NTB will match your tirerack quote.

Has anyone tried this. Do you think that it would have that hour glass looking shape if I did? Are there any negatives to doing this?

I had (on a 95 GXE) 205/65r15s in the RE950. I found they were great, very quite compared to my newer 215/55-16s. The traction was very good, I have no complaints with the tires... outside of snow handling!!! But in the rain, they are great! I felt comfortable at 180km/h in heavy rain.
I just put used 98SE 5 spoke, 215/55-16s on. I did it at a good price. Maybe you can pick up second hand rims and tires for the price of 4 new tires... definately worth a shot.
good luck!

I put a set of Falken Ziex(512's) on my Maxima. They have good grip in both dry and wet. I went with the 215/60/15's and they do good. I would not want to go any smaller because they seem to me a little narrower tread than other tires that size(Firestones). I wish I would have even gone the next size, maybe a 225/55-60?
Stear clear of the ziex 502's. Had them before my firestones(Sucked) and they were not good in the wet at all. ****er is that I was gonna take them back after the 30 day test drive and the night before some ***** slashed all 4 of them
