well i am also doing this red clear thing for 95 - 96 max's ill let everyone know how it turns out.. ill take pics and everything.. hope everything turns out fine

I paint 95-96 all clears, so if any of you guys don't want to mess your tails up, just PM me and I'll do it for you.

just a question, are those tails painted from the outside??? or did u actually open up a set of 95-96 tails and paint the lense that davidL7 does..?

I was looking at the tail lenses on my 95 Maxima and have found that there are two layers of plastic behind on the turn signal (amber) section. The outter layer is light red, and inner is amber. And it looks like the inner can be removed, I saw two tabs at the top and bottom of the amber section which could be pulled and would hopefully enable me to remove the amber section. Has anyone seen or made a similar observation on their 95 Maxima tail lenses?
