Venom 400??



Somebody let me know if this is any good? Or what it would do for that matter.

I had it but sold it it does give you a little more bite on the top end but nothing major. I think if you have a stick shift you might notice a little more of an improvement. You may also want to look into Apexi's S-AFC. I heard it is a lot better because you have more options and you can monitor it.

The only thing that the Venom 400 does is modify the TPS signal. If you have the throttle open 50%, it tells the ECU that the throttle is open 70%. Obviously, if it's open 100%, it can't tell the ECU anything. This is why it shows no HP gains on a dyno.

The cheap way to get the same effect is to just push the gas pedal down more.
