Check Engine Soon indicator
Check Engine Soon indicator
On saturday, when I started my car (it's a '98 SE by the way), the check engine soon light came on, it was steady and not blinking. I checked it out in the manual and it says that it indicates an emission control problem.
Is this because one of the emission controls sensors has failed?
My car has 138K miles on it. Do you usually start to see those sensors failing at this point?
How much should it cost me to fix this?
Thanks,
JR
