Which setup will yield more power

Hey Guys,

This is what I am debating. I do not want my setup to be too loud but want it too have a deep growl and good gains

First set up
Warpspeed aluminized ypipe,Carsound cat Apexi Ws Exhaust (2.25")

second set up
Warpspeed aluminized ypipe, 2.5" resonated bpipe, carsound cat, universal exhaust (borla, Flowmaster)

I was wondering which would be a better set up. I will be needing to cut a hole in my ionic rear to fit the exhaust tip. Thanks in advance

Good gains? Buy the Y and an intake. I don't know about the growl, but a Budget Y and a PR CAI sounds pretty friggin mean on my Max at WOT. And the other parts you mentioned will yield you little if any power gain.

just keep your stock muffler and you should be fine. your not getting a fart can are you? i doubt a new cat and muffler will give you any gains in hp. make sure your b pipe is resonated. have you looked into budget im sure they are a lot cheaper than warpspeed.

good luck

Unless you need to, or you like noise, with that setup I suggest stock muffler. First set up will give you plenty of growl at WOT. enjoy

I have a similar setup with the borla muffler and i have to go to court cause a cop thought that i was breaking the law by having a modified exuast. With FF2 out its hot to be noisy these days.
