I own a 96 SE with a Ravens flag. I live in Baltimore, and the Ravens are the world champions. Anyway, I raced a turbo Talon with a Giants flag on his car before the game on Sunday. We met up at a light, light turned green, and woosh we were off. We were neck and neck until I punched into 3rd gear, and I slowly inched away from him. As soon as I got close to a car length on him, he hit the brakes and gave up. After beating that Giants Talon, I believed it to be an omen to what was going to happen to them in the superbowl. Baltimore crushed NY, 34-7. GO RAVENS!!! GO MAXIMA!!! What a fantastic sunday.

 

He heh... nice omen. I wanted to get a bunch of those flags but they were 18 bucks a pop. I'll stick to the moral support. =)

I'm going to have to get a new flag indicating the Ravens as Superbowl champions. It's so cool driving around Baltimore city at night and seeing purple lights everywhere.
I have a couple of friends that have lived in Baltimore there whole life, who have hated the Ravens from day one. Now, from seeing how this city is reacting, my friends are starting to understand how cool it is to live and be apart of a Superbowl champion town.

As I drove home last night, almost everyone on the road was honking and flashing there lights, it was amazing. The best part was just about all the traffic on the beltway was driving at over 80 mph. Unbelievable!!!

 

Yeah Purple Pain baby!! Reminds me of of when the redskins won the superbowl people were honkin and hangin outta their windows actin crazy. People flooded the I must admit I am torn between the two teams having been born in baltimore, but growing up with the redskins. Although I'm a fan of everything maryland and as art modell said last night..."this ones for the people of baltimore city, the people of baltimore county, and all the everyone in maryland..." You gotta love it.
