Front Right Heated O2 sensor and Knock Sensor, should I fix them?

I just finished diagnosing my ECU cause the check engine light has been on for a while and what I got was a Front Right Heated O2 sensor code and a Knock sensor code. I haven't noticed any kind of bad performance out of the car. How much would these parts cost (i would put them in myself) to replace and do I really have to replace them now or can i just do it whenever i get to it. thanks

i just changed the o2 sensor and it cost me 39.99 from oxygensensors.com
its an easy fix just need to splice the wires yourself and get the old one out. probably like 20 min job as far as the knock sensor im lookin into doin that to my car if i do anytime soon ill let you know

cool, i'm glad to hear it will only cost me $39.99

but one more question, what if the light never comes on again? Should i still replace those parts? Just asking cause i just drove about 10 miles and reached over 60mph and it didn't come on again.

someone posted that there is a service bulletin for the front right heated 02 sensor? What does that mean? Is it a recall or something?
