My left hand side corner lamps Polarg bulbs high filament burned out in other words, the bulb only works when you have it turned normally, not when you have it reversed. Is this common? Thankfully, I hadda spare.

 

it just means the higher wattage filament burned out...
just as common as a normal bulb burning out

i guess just use the low wattage side for now
