I have a problem where my Max wistles (the best way that I can explain it) when the car is standing at idle after being driven for a while. She is a 95 Max with 105K and auto. The noise seems to be comming from the right side of the engine, perhaps near the pully area and is high in pitch making it hard to locate. I have done regular maintanance on it including recently the spark plugs, gas filter, fuel filter, air filter, and cleaned the throttle body. By the way, other then the high pitch noise at idle I have no other symptoms either starting or driving the car.
