Added Midpipe. Whisle At 2000-2500rpm

I have a stillen intake and added a cheapo ebay midpipe now i have slight whisle at 2 to 2500 rpms...any ideas.

That's how the intakes with the midpipes are supposed to sound. It's perfectly normal. Enojoy
