Help!!! Flooded My Max

I have just driven my max through 3.5 ft of water twice. It was unavoidable. The check engine light is now on and it is flashing code 0608. Please help. What other checks should I do before I start driving my car again.

So the car still runs?

I've heard that you should take out the spark plugs and crank it a few times?

Yeah the car still runs. Driven about 30 miles since it happened. When it happened the water came up so high that my PIAA cornering lights exploded when the water touched em.

Should I replace all the spark plugs? They only have about 10,000 miles on them and they NGK platinums.

The car threw an error code of 0608 which means cylinder 1 misfire. I reset the ecu manually and the code hasn't showed up again. It still holds an idle but it kinda idles hard (the whole car vibrates at a stand still much more than it did before). Also does anyone have a quick way to dry out my bumper, corner, and headlights?

I would just let it sit for a few days if possible and let everything dry out.

You could potentially use a floor-standing fan and point it at the front end. I never thought I'd get that kind of use out of a fan, but..

I'd be worried about sensors and electronics if water made it all the way up to the headlights. Since you've already driven it from the time it was flooded, how has stuff in that area been working? If possible I'd try to let the electronics stuff completely dry out before trying to use it, might help prevent a short, but it could be past that time now.

Unavoidable? Couldn't you have gone back the other way, or stayed where you were?
