Yes..definitely. Not very much before I dropped my car with H&R springs, I took it in for an alignment at a respectable shop. I watched them dial it in exactly. It drove like a dream. Just a few weeks later I decided to drop it. Someone had recommended to let it settle for about a month and since I wasn't driving very mile/day I didn't get the alignment done very soon. The car was driving perfectly fine and seemed to handle good too. Anyway, when I finally took it into the shop for alignment, the guy remembered me. I told him that I suspected the car might be just a little bit out of alignment because I had lowered it. When he checked it, it was 22/32" out of alignment...toed out. He stated that even with the few miles that I had driven that I might have ruined my almost new tires. I would definitely recommend you get it aligined after the drop.
