Anybody know what's the difference in the Federal and CA/LNEV Y-Pipe? I'm the 2nd owner of a 98 SE. It was originally from Masshachusetts, so I figured it's Federal. Looked at the emissions sticker under hood and it says "this vehicle confirms to U.S Epa and California emissions regulations." Now I'm confused!!!!! HELP please!!!!!!!!!
