Which ECTS From Autozone?

Does anyone know which ECTS is the right one to get or will either one do the job?
There's a "1/8" Thread" ($16.99), and a " 3/32" Wide Terminals" ($24.99).
I have a 95 GXE.

You need the one that goes to the ECU, not the one that goes to the guage. But I cant remember which one that is...

I just went to autozone and picked up the 1/8" thread ECTS. I have now idea if it's going to fit. With my luck, I probably have the wrong one. The threads on this one looks much bigger than the 3/32" sensor.
Anyone run into this before?

Hmmm, did you get a code for this sensor? Is your engine runnign differently, which is why you are changing it?

No codes. It runs fine when driving but when it's at idle, the engine skips, and misses. Rpms drop about 100 to 150 everytime. It never comes close to shutting off though. It does it more when the engine has warmed up for about 3 min. Since I heard the ECTS might be the problem, I went ahead and bought one since it's not that expensive and easy to install.

Theres a big rubber coolant hose that comes from the radiator and runs to the engine on the drivers side. There are two temp sensors(right near tranny fluid dipstick) mounted on this hose. The ECTS is the bigger sensor that's closest to the rear. It's pretty easy to swap out. Just make sure your engine is cool.

Well changing the ECTS didn't work . I'm going to take apart my entire Intake manifold and de-carbonize it. I thinks its time. It's been 155k already. We'll see what happens.

Well, i cleaned my intake plenum out and man was it dirty! Especially at the EGR guide tube connection to the the manifold. The hole was at least 75% blocked up with solidified carbon. When I was done cleaning, I left quite a bit of black crud on the floor. I think I might have my entire EGR system cleaned.
Anyway, All this cleaning still didn't solve my engine idle miss problem.
I really dont know what else to do. Maybee i'll check all my coils again

Sorry no pics. The Haynes manual that I used had some good illustrations and instructions. It was pretty easy but time consuming. Everytime I disconnected something, I wrote it down. For installation, I just checked off items that I installed until the list was done.
Make sure you connect all hoses tightly. I have a small coolant leak now. I'll have to take off the IACV to secure the hose properly.

ive had the same problem as you for a while and i got a used maf from the junk yard and changed all my o2's and the problem went away. I also bough the ects, 6 ignition coils, pcv, fuel filter and knock sensor and none of those fixed it. by the way i have 115k miles and the car runs like it has 15k miles

Interesting. Ive changed exactly everything you changed except the PCV and nothing fixed my problem also. Maybe I will look into a new or used MAF. The only thing that confuses me is i'm not getting CEL.
