Clear Spoiler LED?!

How do people do it or where do you buy it? Also if you do it yourself will you have to change all LEDs to Red?

i got a clear spoiler light. found it in a local tinting&spoiler shop where they kept it in a box full of old spoiler lights. $25 and works like a charm!
