Splash guard

What size nut/bolt is used to secure it to the car? Mine has torn partly away from the rest and come loose and I need to bolt it back on

Well, if one is coming off, just take that too the auto parts store and match it up...

I dont see how it can tear away though, doesnt make sense, can you clarify?!

GOt towed by the po-po one time too many... right on top of a snow drift. Half of it has torn away from the other half (It's two symmetrical sides, left and right)
