Strut Torque Specs needed

I need the torque specs for the whole assebly (upper and lower 2 nuts) I think I found via search that the uppers are 34lbs..but then I read in another post not to pass 30 with a strut bar, I do not have a strut bar. Thanks

Reading out of my Haynes Manual right now...
29-40lbs/ft for Strut Upper Mouting Nuts
103-117lbs/ft for Strut-to-Steering nuckle Bolts/Nuts

I would reccomend 34lbs/ft on the upper strut bolts, I have never seen anybody have a problem with that.
