Spark plugs???

I am using the Bosch+4 plugs. Are the NGK iridium tip plugs better, will i notice any gains?? I also get bad mileage, could this be a reason?

I think most of the people here will recommend factory NGK plat plugs or the copper plug that matchs the factory plug....Bosch makes good products but there plugs don't seem to perform very well in nissans...later
