Got rearended, insurance questions
Well the Max got rearended, I wasn't at all at fault but I'm probably going to need an entire new rear bumper. Our neighbor who is an insurance claims adjuster took a look at the inside of the trunk and it said it looks like the frame of the car was pushed up and damaged. I couldn't really tell but that is what he said.
The other thing that my dad is afraid of is that the "performance modifications" (aka frankencar intake and FSTB) will cause our insurance company to drop us because I've changed the car from its stock form. Will this happen, or do I have anything to worry about?

You don't have anyting to worry about. Your aftermarket stuff is irrevelent to your insurance company unless you have additional coverage for that equipment.
The trunk floor, rear panel and sides are easily cut out and replaced with new OEM parts.
