shocks/struts question

Ok i have sprint springs (2" drop) and one coil cut off of each of the back springs...what shocks/struts do you guys recommend? and generally how much do they cost.

Thanks

I put on H&R's today and I am having the same squeaking when turning problem that you are. Only when turning when car is moving slow or not moving at all though. Anything I can do to fix?

Check the strut bearings. Also check that the spring isolator sleeves are on there correctly. You don't want the spring coils rubbing against themselves when you turn the wheel.

I had some weird noise when I had my H&R's installed, the noise was there when I would turn the wheel all the way to the left or right. I noticed some scratched paint on my springs under the top coil, so I figured my 1st and 2nd coil would rub when I would turn the steering wheel all the way. I took the rubber isolator off my old springs and placed it on the second coil from the top on the H&R's and the noise has been gone ever since

use radio shack coil wrap(3 bux) to get rid of sprigns touching.. check your strut bearings. mine are blown and squeek too. check if your top strut nuts in engine bay and trunk are on tight.ur spose to re tighten after you un jack the car and roll around for a lil it to let thigns settle in.if you have strut bars make sure you do this or it may bent the bolt or mess up bolt thread from all that looseness when u go over bumps.
