Should I get my Transmission flushed?
I am about to take a trip and it will be around 1k miles. I have 95GLE with 65k miles on it. Should I flush my transmission? Also, I get around 225 Miles per tank. I drive 85% city (NYC) and rest highway. What you guys suggest i should do to improbe my MPG. Please help me out..thanx in advance..

It all depends how you drive your car...I had a 96 did well over 200,000 miles on it, and the first time i changed it was at 120,000...I have a 98 SE and I changed at 95,000 just to be sure...up to you..as far as mileage I do a LOT of highway driving, and going to Canada on mostly on I95 with cruise control on, I did 485 miles on a tank...i'm all stock. I'm not sure what others do but i think that's pretty good. Just put in a K&N cone and I feel like it's eating more gas since then...ohh well
