dents

Does anyone have any recommendations for popping out dents or some method for removing them? I've heard the dry ic theory and heard it doesn't work. I've thought about the "Ding King" or "Pops-a-dent" and heard those work but ahve tendacies to pull off paint with them. Any suggestions, recommendations, or anything from personal experience or anything you've heard? Most of the dents I want to remove are very small on the doors, top of the car, and trunk, and then one semi big one by the front passenger wheel. Thank you ahead of time.

At first, try a suction cup puller from AutoZone. It's $3.99 and I got about 75% of a big dent out with it.

I took my car to a place called Dents Unlimited. I was very impressed with the dent removal. I couldn't tell where there were anymore. The hardest ones to do are the ones where its dented on a body panel fold (eg. edge of wheel well). I'd suggest taking a look at their handiwork first on other people's cars by visiting them.

you can attempt Paintless dent removal with small metal rods and try to push the edges of the dent from the back and try to un-do them

ive had experience with ding king, and for small dents its perfect.. unless you know where the dent is and are specifincally looking for it, under normal observation , you would not see it. It also did not take off any paint. I pulled it on and off about 10 times to get it 99% hidden... and none of those times did any paint come off...

I dont really want to take it to a dent specialist and pay lots of money to have them removed, but that's probably the best idea. gabex, I think I might try your suction cup idea for only $4. Ding King I'd think about, but it's $30-$40 anyway, forget that if it's just gonna take of f my paint. Maxaholic, from your picture, your maxima is phat looking, hella props. Gabex, did the suction cup work easily? I have some door dings that aren't very big, and small hail damage that looks like just small tiny dents that are just an annoyance. Will those easily come out with a suction cup from autozone? Then i have the one big one at the wheel base, that probably won't come out with the suction cup, will it? or atleast completley, right? Thanks for all your help everyone.

just a black suction cup with a handle on it. you wanna put it dead in the center of the dent, make sure it is suctioned to it, and pull. you can actually feel the dent pull out. i had to do it about 10 times to get it to look good. the hardest part is deciding where to pull it from. other than that, its simple.
