Hey guys , it a generally know fact that 3rd gear in the 4th gen maxima is problematic in a lot of cars right? Is there a website or anything, posts saynig this. I need some kind of testimony/ website/ info for my lawyer backing me up. My warranty company will not cover my tranny for bullshlt reasons they can't prove. I wasn't driving hard the day my tanny blew either. Anyone, with past transmission, especially 3rd gear post on this thread and tell me about it. Thanks for all inputs and help.
