So i hit a curb today. The big metal brace that holds the wheel on broke, and the hub(??) is messed up I think. How much would it cost approximately to have that fixed, parts and labor seperately.

The is the part which the studs mount onto, and your wheel goes onto. It ran me about $110 from the dealer.

no, it's under the car, going from the wheel to the body. a solid large piece of metal.

I believe its the control arm. I hit a curb a few months ago and my control arm got bent. It cost me $350 parts and labor to fix.

Yes you bent the control arm and hub. Expect about $250 (if not more) for parts and $250 for labor if you go with 100% brand new OEM parts.

Control arm is a good junkyard part as long as you replace the bushings as well. Much cheaper than buying a new one.

I would take pics, and post, but my car is at the shop, waiting till it opens on monday. I thought of doing it myself, but my dad knows the shop owner, and it shouldn't be that much for labor, so I would rather have it professionally done. That way it will be faster , and easier. I know someone must have done the same thing as me, so I was just looking for how much it cost them to have it fixed.

Never changed a control arm, but did the struts on my Subaru and I'm quite familiar with the front suspension on it. I think replacing a control arm would be very straightforward as long as you're mechanically inclined. If you've never done more than change the oil, you should take it somewhere. Good luck.
