Plug Removal 97

how do you get at removing the coil to change the rear plug on the drivers side.
what has to be removed and how do you get at it? is there photo instruction site somewhere?

It's actually pretty easy.

The coil for cylinder 5 (driver's side rear) is located here:


When viewed from above, you will see:


Simply unplug the grey connector on the coil, then remove the 2 hex/phillips screws holding it in. That will expose the plug bore.

Removing the plug can be a doozy. I had to use a long extension and an angled adapter on my ratchet to get it out.
