I just got my liscense last week and bought a 96 maxima SE 5spd with 75k. Totaly loaded for $4400.
There were a few problems:
It had a salvage title (30% damage= front clip) all replaced and looks good.
The air bag light was on (prob. from the accident) and my parents want me to get it checked how muck is it gonna be/do i have to?
New tires(less then 2k old): 3 Yokohamas 1 firestone Do I need to change the firestone?
Also the front headlight was pushed in a little but can easily be shimed with washers.
Rode great in the test drive did I get a good deal?

maybe......but i don't like the salvage title.....and about the air bag light, are you sure they were replaced and not just nothing under your steering wheel but a glad bag?

 

If they were replaced and the airbag light was on, I'd be driving with the seat alllllllll the way back
