tranny cooler

Since we have a rough shift on 1st to 2nd gear. By installing the tranny cooler, do we have a rougher gearshift during the winter up north in NY State?

Get the B&M tranny cooler. With it's stacked plate design, the fluid bypasses the cooler plates when it is cold. For more info, check out this link

I have the #130-70264 cooler.

Curious, what's wrong with 130-70255 and 130-70268.

In England, do you have a harder gear shift from the 1st gear to the 2nd after installing the tranny cooler?... and it is good having a tranny cooler in the winter. I am assuming you have A/T.

There is nothing wrong with the others, they are just smaller. Since heat is the biggest killer of automatic transmissions, I was looking a cooler with the most cooling capacity that would still fit.

I live in New Orleans; winter was on a Tuesday last year. The tranny cooler didn't make any difference in my car's shifting, YMMV.

New Orleans is down south, right next to Florida. Winter is actually Fall right? There is really no cold weather right?

A tranny cooler really helped my car when i had automatic. Plus it will make the tranny last a lot longer.

… but how is it at about zero or below zero degree?

Are these parts the same?

404 = 1404

403 = 1403
