Upgrading Ignition and fuel system

Ok, im looking into upgrading my ignition and fuel sytem. Thing is i dont know too much about either one. What should i go about replacing? Thanks

ALOT of cars get increased performance from ignition upgrades so why wouldn't maximas? Unless he has tons of mods I don't see a need for anupgraded fuel system...
