Why is it hard to obtain some or purchase 95-96 red/clears? How come companies don't make them if they're in such high demand?

I've checked there and a whole bunch of other places. I know where to get the 97-99 red/clears but not the 95-96's. Why don't stores make them?

These could only be made if you have the all clear tails. These aren't made anymore, therefore no more red/clears. custommaxima.com is supposed to be producing these tails at the end of this summer. I hope production comes along quickly. I ruined my first set when I totalled my car. Meanwhile you have to get extremely lucky to find all clears or the red/clears for sell. Just be ready to shell out major cash until they become available by the masses. Still going to be costly tho.

I know exactly what you mean.. But why are the 95-96 clears so hard to find, even if the demand for those are high as well? WHy don't stores make them?

Well, if you have all clears, it's only a matter of time before you do get pulled over. If you paint the bottom half, then you should be fine.

Of course, there's also the technicality about the red reflectors. If your red/clears have them, it should be perfectly legal.
