Help fixing ecu codes, what needed to rid of them??

13 02- MAP/BARO SW Solenoid/Valve
07 05- EVAP Control System
04 01- Intake Air Temp Sensor
08 03- Absolute Pressure Sensor
09 03- EVAP Canister vent control valve

yah thats how I figured out what the codes meant and it gave me those, but I still have no idea what they mean. ie the diagnose of the codes, the intake air temp sensor I believe is occuring because I have just put on a hai setup, but the other 4 I have no idea, so can any give there 2 cents?

Clear the code and drive it again... Sometimes they don't reappear.

I've never had these codes so I don't have any solutions for you.
