Hey Guys,

I just washed my engine and i covered my intake and battery. I sprayed it with engine brite and watered it down. The car starts fine and drives fine but my CEL came on. I reset the ECU and came up with the code 04 12. I tried to decode it but it comes as undefined. Please help

WHere is the upstream oxygen sensor located? Please if anyone has pics, I would be grateful. If anyone can help me locate a part number on oxygensensor.com com, that would be great as well. I am mechanically dumb.

Any write ups as to how to fix this?

did you get the code using an OBDII scanner, or by checking the ECU?

Each one gives different code sequinces.

I would check the code again. I don't think that there are any **/12 codes.
