my 95 se 5-speed seems to have an intermittent acceleration problem. occasionally, during acceleration, the car seems to 'surge,' but i guess its just really an inconsistant acceleration, not constant as it should be. would this be likely a fuel supply problem, or could it be something like a faulty knock sensor?

what are your thoughts?
