Idle starts really high and jumps AFTER cleaning TB.
Whenever I start my car now, the idle begins at 1500 and takes a along time to go down, like 5 mins to get below 800. Also, when I 've been driving for a little while, and put the car in park, the idle jumps over 1000 for a split second, then drops back down to 700 rpm. I connected all the hoses and stuff back and nothing is loose. My TB was 20 times dirtier than the one on motorvate so I don't know why cleaning it would cause this problem. If you have any clue please lmk. thanks

Some guys on here have had the same problem after cleaning their TB. The ECU may adjust to the freshly cleaned TB and things might go back to normal. If it doesn't, you might have to turn your idle stop screw a bit to close your throttle plate. Now that your TB is very clean, more air is getting past the throttle plate. More air = higher idle speed.
Give it a week and see how it runs.
