About how long should Axxis Brake Pads Last on Dimple/slotted rotors.

Just wondering how long my pads should last because when I had originally replaced my rotors, i put the stock pads back on because they looked like they had a lot of life left. But now after a little over 1000 miles, the needle started squelling letting me know they needed replacing. So how long should my axxis brake pad last on my Brembo Dimple/slotted rotors? I do drive fast and brake hard on occasion (i try to save on the hard braking most of the time, but the driving fast I just can't resist). thanks

I've got a year and 15,000 miles on my Axxis pads with X-drilled rotors. They still look like new.

I'm about to replace my Axxis pads on slotted rotors after 2 years and about 30k. I don't run my car extremely hard, but I do go to the track and autocross.

I think it's the slots that eat pads rather quickly.

FWIW I really don't think so, but I have no proof either way I really only expect my pads to last about 20-30k anyway, so it's no big deal. The Axxis Metal Masters have been alright, but I think it's time to move to a more agressive pad.
