Report your Brake Pad Experience; Porterfields, Axxis, Hawk

I currently have Axxis Metal Masters on slotted rotors with SS lines, and they've been good for the last 30k. I do go to the track every now and then as well as autocross, so I'm looking for a good performance pad that's still streetable.

I've narrowed my selection down to Hawk HPS, Porterfield R4S, and Axxis Ultimates because all of these pads are performance pads with about the same price tags. If anyone has had experience with the aforementioned pads would you please give me your opinion.
Thanks

A friend with an S4 reccomnded the hawk pads... I will be going with there street pad very soon

I had the porterfields.. ONLY problem I had was brake dust. Crossdrilled rotors and they lasted 12K miles.. BUT I used them for excessive hwy speeding

I'm split between the Axxis Ultimates and the Hawk HPS. I've somewhat shyed away from the Porterfields because of some reports of them cracking. I've had good luck with my Metal Masters, and brake dust isn't a big factor so I wish someone else had reports on the Hawks or Ultimates. As far as I know only a few people have even used Hawks or Ultimates.

I've tried EBC Green Stuff, Axxis Metal Master, and I'm currently using the Hawk HPS..

Initial bite rankings go like this:
EBC Green Stuff
Hawk HPS
Axxis Metal Master

Fade Resistance:
Hawk HPS
Axxis Metal Master
EBC Green Stuff

Get the HPS.. You won't be sorry.
