what muffler + b pipe combo?

what muffler are you guys running with aftermarket b pipes? i hear the budget b w/ resonator is good, but don't know what muffler would give decent gains will still being quiet. what do you guys suggest? i ask this instead of a catback because i think the b pipe + muffler combo is cheaper than purchasing a catback.

From what I read here, Get yourself a 5th Gen muffler. It sounds quieter and adds a few ponies!

If its to loud than your to old j/k

I have a warpspeed y-pipe and a universal muffler and i just orderd a highflow cat and b-pipe from budget. I think my exhaust is loud and will be even louder but i have a silencer that i can throw in and isn't even noticeable and it makes my exhaust much quieter . I was going to go with the 5th gen muffler but i just hate the way it looks so i went with a universal 4" tip.

Beside I like all the head turnes i get from people.

ya, that's the thing about the 5th gen muffler. it may give good gains but i hear it requires modification to fit AND the dual tip design doens't look too great w/ our bumpers. cool, thanks markargente hope it turns out well, but i've heard that stillen exhausts r loud? i have a budget y rite now.... would like to get a resonated budget B. aren't universal mufflers usually loud?

Actually it doesn't look too bad!
The gains and noise in my eyes outweighs the looks.

is it really too much to ask to get good gains, low noise, and good looks?

I think if the bumper on a 4thgen is cut to fit the dual tip muffler off a 5thgen it will probubly look good. Truthfully the exhaust you guys want is unmakeable/not gona happen , you can't have nice looks +100hp + stock sound for very cheap.
