Freak...I just got my Warpspeed Y installed. I have some banging issues with the Y-pipe, but the exhuast combo (with Apexi WS) is really, REALLY DEEP and louder than I expected. It's really nice though...I like it. I didn't think I could acheive such a sound.

ME!!!
Budget SS Y-Pipe -> Stock Cat -> Stillen SS B-Pipe w/ resonator -> Borla Turbo X/S muffler
Pretty quiet, NO DRONING at all, gets loud when I get on it. I am VERY happy with this setup.

I have the best sounding exhaust on the org.
2.5" Downpipe, 2.5" b w/22" glasspack, Flowmasters 80-series transversal muffler, dual 2.25" pipes (Camaro fake dual setup), 4" tips.
The 2 chambers in the muffler give an echo effect that you can't find in any straight through muffler (Greddy, Borla, Magnaflow, ect.) When warmed up, it has a raw brum brum brum at idle that is very V8-like. When accelerating it sounds like an Import on Mustang-Steroids, but it's still better then the monotone HUMMMM found on most imports.

whats the tone like really. can you hear it alot im assumin. iwas just on ebay and those 80 series dual mufflers look ok , but im thinkin im gonna sound ricey/deep with it. also did you mount that like half way and then run pipes past the back axel or?
i know what u mean by the hummmm. i just had a APEXi WS on my 95 w/ a y pipe and it was too loud on the highway for me. just the hummm deep tone got on my nerves at times. had to sell it. think ill like this or ? ..you even think that 40 series exhaust will sound loud at all. btw im gettting the B pipe from Budget. (or should i have my shop make one for cheaper thats not mandrel bent.)
any insight appreciated.
