Passenger side front caliper dragging

Passenger side front caliper dragging
My passenger side front caliper is not fully dissengaging. I realized this when I noticed that I had much more brake dust on that side. Then I rolled down my windows and i could hear a scrubbing sound coming from that side. I also just installed new pads and the one on that side is already squealing. Any fix for this other than buying a new caliper?

Nissan sells a rebuild kit. It inludes all the new bushings and seals you would need. It should only take a couple of hours to do. I need to do mine, the right/front caliper is leaking around the piston.

I know I need to locate my bad whatever that is making my car pause, install new front pads (should not need to turn rotors since the old pads have only been on a couple weeks) rebuild caliper, and install new rear pads and brembo rotors.
