Replace O2 sensor, light still on

I got the code off my ecu, and it told me that the front right heated o2 sensor heater was causing the problem. So I changed the O2 sensor on the Y pipe yesterday...but the light still came back on even after I reset it several times. I am thinking I changed the proper O2 sensor, right? I have a cattman y pipe/high flow cat/greddy SP, I am wondering if this exhaust set up will always run the CEL. If anyone else has this setup or this problem could you help me out. Thanks.

thats what I am wondering...my car is a few inches off the ground so its really hard for me to get under it to see where all the O2 sensors are, but by looking in my Haynes manual it looks like there is an O2 sensor on the y-pipe, and one by the cat. I am getting the 09 01 fault code from the ecu...so I dont know what the heck. I am wondering if I replaced the right one, and I am also wondering if my exhaust setup will make it trip all the time.

The "left" sensor is on the front side of the car, the "right" sensor is on the firwall side of the engine.

There is one sensor in each branch of the Y-pipe and one after the cat
