you oil filter should be right behind the passenger side front tire.. You can't miss it. its probably the only white color object under your car. Have you tried a jack to lift the car?

Or, you can turn the wheels all the way to the right. Remove the passenger side fenderwell plastic guard. Oil filter is easily accessible there. So is the oil pan drain bolt. That's how I do mine if I don't want to get out my ramps or jackstands (or even really get under the car).
