gas light problem

it doesnt work anymore.what can i do to fix it.

You shouldn't let your tank run that low in the first place. Fill up when your just under 1/4 tank and pretend that the light works. Save your money for a performance mod.

You can trouble shoot it, clear directions are in the Haynes manual. If it's the sender thats bad, you'll need to replace the entire level sending unit. Start by checking or replacing the bulb in the gauge cluster. If that doesn't work, then your most likely looking at a new sending unit.
