Ajusting headlight ( how? where?)

I need to adjust my headlights. One is like pointing to hell and i need to fix it. I went to the dealership when i got my oil changed and asked how much it would be to get them ajusted. The queer said about $60 labor cause it takes almost an hour. So screw that. Does anyone know how and how do i know ehere to adjust them to?

PM speedemn, he knows. Damn a hour of work, they are crazy, once in my old car (Altima) I broke the lil plastic thing that says P-R-N-D and so on and I went to Nissan, bought a new one (10 bucks) than I got lazy and didn't wanna pop it in myself so I asked the guy if they would do it really fast, he went to talk to a mechanic, came back and said $260 cause theres some "special screws" which takes a "special tool" and I told him oook and I went hope and popped it in 5 minutes. And that adjusting thing doesn't take more than 2 mintues of work probably.

S/B use 8mm socket...
Outboard screws (lower set) adjust height of beam
Inboard (upper?) adjust left/right.

how do you know when they're aimed correctly? and should you pull up to a wall at night and do this?

Ummm... aim them up against a light colored wall?
Instructions (specs) should be in your car operators manual in your glove box.

dont mess with the L/R screw adjustment...only mess with the up and down screw. 60 bucks to turn a screw? that is one of teh most ridiculous things i have ever heard in my life. i would have told off the guy right there.
