when i start my car for the first time of the day or after a long period of sitting i keep getting the sound like im holding the key to long.but im not.i wanna think its the pulley in the starter getting stuck.i just replaced my fuel filter and tuned it up.if it is my starter is it an expensive part and can it be done by me or will it reqiure a mechanic.

i could regrease it but if thats the problem i might as well replace it.anyone now a good starter (i.e. bosch ect) and a good website with cheap prices and good core prices.
