Anyone purchased any of these ECU chips that are being sold on Ebay? The seller is boasting that it gives the same performance boost of 20HP as Venom and Jet V chips for a fraction of the costs ($400-$800).

ebay is only good for certain parts. ie, fenders, headlights, bumpers, even alternators, compressors, and stuff like that.

 

DON"T BUY ANY THING ELECTRONIC FROM EBAY. I tried it because i was interested to see what it would do for my car. They are all a pieces of shyt. I bought a chip mod from ebay called the power king for my 97 beauty. That thing was a piece of crap: the instructions were vague and the chip mod didn't even work. TRUST me, out of experience only buy what BRAVO said.

 

takentomax, you are right. Dont buy anything electronic that is supposed to increase performance from ebay. You can buy some speakers or and amp, otherwise only mechanical and none moving parts. Also never buy anything on ebay that you have only seen sold on ebay. Only buy things that oyu know about on ebay, like brembo rotors. There is no cheap way to increase performance and hp. if sounds to good to be true, it is.
