future mods for my 99?

future mods for my 99?

I'm 16, had my car for about 6 months, and have clear corners and red/clear mod for the tails. I'm on a low budget...what should be the next mod I get?

more show than performance...

my 190 hp is good enough for me...I was thinking about getting the grille they have on custommaxima.com...but that is a lot of money for me...

you wanna go show but dont have a whole lot to spend? ummm....reverse indigols are cool, dash kit, paint your calipers, streetglows lights under your car? just a few cheap things you could do i guess

hmm, im sorta in your predicament...im 17, soon 18 and im low on a budget since i pay like 400+ for my car and insurance alone each month plus i do school. Not too bad i guess, but just start small, like i bought my clears, then upgraded to my tails, then intake, y, duals, lowerings springs, etc, among some other misc things in the 8 months ive owned my max. Theres alot more stuff i want to do, with time i guess....

It starts out slow. I'm 17 too and in school and since my GPA comes before my ride, I work less during school, plus insurance is a lot. For performance, the max gets a REAL throaty sound if you take yoiur stock box off and turn the filter. People think that you have a real aftermarket intake. This intimidates people too. But for show, do what PKMAX said. Maybe a street glow kit or different custom things. Just remember to be different but PLEEEEEAAASSEEEE, don't rice up the beautiful maxima. Peace

If you dont money to spend on mods then leave the car alone. Just keep it nice and clean. One of the worst things to do to a car is mod it out cheap, it usually end up looking really bad.

first thing i think you should do is get an intake to give it that nice deep rich sound.

You can do the body-colored b-pillar mod. I don't know where the write-up is, but try a search. It's free too. I did mine today and my fingernails are killing me, but I love how it looks now.

It's where you peel off the black vinyl covering from the pillars between the front and back doors and voila - the pillars are now body-colored....well not really as easy as voila but with a little elbow grease a nice, cheap mod.
