Q About Painting Calipers & Rotors
I'm about to clean my calipers and rotors and then paint them black. I was wondering, where do I need to be careful about not getting paint?
Also, I broke a wheel stud, what is the size of it? How hard is it to replace?

Try to get as little as possible on the brake disc. (A little overspray will wear off the first time you brake.) Other than that, nothing else can really be harmed by being painted. (If you paint them with the pads in, they may be a pain to get out though!)
Most importantly, drape towels or sheets over the car, especially around the wheel wells- you don't want to get overspray on your paint!
Can't help you on the second question, sorry. Good luck!

wheel studs can be purshased almost anywhere, i get mine a napa. Its pretty easy. First take the wheel off and remove the caliper (2 17mm bolts). Then remove the rotor, sometimes you need to hit it with a rubber malet to knock it loose. Now pound out the broken stud. Now put the new stud in, and thread the lug nut with a few washers on (if you have acorn style lug nutts, they work best). Tighten the lug and seat the new stud (make sure it is all the way in the hole). Take the lug nutt and washers off, install the rotor, the caliper and finally the wheel. That's it.
