Dosent this suck major A$$

I had a leak in my a/c lines and the coolant leaked. So i finally fixed it and vacumm the lines and put more coolant. So i try it and it cools perfectly but after a while i hear a hissing noise and the coolant bursts out. So i think the Problem is that there is a place in the pipes wich must be cloged and when the coolant circulates and gets to that point it clogs and builds pressure and shoots out the closest place it can get out. Now i dont know thats exactly the problem but thats what it seems, do you guys think im right and if not what do you think could be the problem. Also if any one has a picture diagram of the lines in the a/c system that would help me a lot. thank you guys. Oh and the part that really sucks is that i live in Phx, AZ, my car is black on black leather, and the outside temperatures are about 116*. Thats what really sucks.

I don't have a diagram, but I can tell you it's at the end of the hi-pressure line as it enters the evaporator (which is under dash). It's job is to allow the hi pressure line to stay pressurised while allowing the coolant to reapidly expand into the evaporator (the expansion cools the coolant and provides the cold AC effect)
