have to part with my maxima...for the time being

so im leaving for college in a few weeksn and regretibly im parting with my baby for a few months. what should i do to the car to make it ready to endure the harshness of not being driven for that time and being put into my garage. also any ideas on how to keep the prying hands of siblings with there permits from getting to it?

Store it with a full tank of gas and put a little extra air in your tires so they don't flat spot.

And always wash-n-wax prior to storage as well.

lock your doors and take all keys with you...that'll keep the siblings out of it...u might wanna hide a key around the house in case your family needs the car in an emergency...but then they'd have to call you to find out where it is.

So no moisture can form on the gas tank walls as temperature changes.

Pull the anti-theft start fuse, from the engine bay out so no one can steal the car, or at least get it started.
