i got a 97 se with climate control and my air conditioning and everything works but at night, the light for my buttons does not light up. just the center lcd thing. any ideas?

 

is it just the lights on the ac or are all your instruments not lighting up? check you dimmer... also does that lcd light dim when you turn on your lights?

check out this picture from the inside of my car.
the ac is not on in the pic but when the ac or economy mode is on, the lcd is lit up, accept the buttons. so just picture my lcd on and none of the buttons on, just like on the picture.

 

Either the dimmer is all the way off...or your bulbs are out behind the unit.
