best spring / shock setup out there??!

i'm lookin to drop my max, and been reading that H&R's and Eibach's are the best handling wise. Been hearing different things about struts; how temps will change ur handling, if u have gas struts
Was lookin to see what every one thought was the best combo, also thinking i'll get some 17's in the future, currently just have the stock 15's on my 96.

Rank "handling", "ride comfort", and "drop" and tell us how important each of those are to you so we can better understand your idea of "what you want from your setup" It's all about what you can tolerate.

All the info about each part is here:

H&R springs with Tokico Illuminas.
Ride = 9.5
Handling = 10

Feels like a BMW on the highway Well worth the high price tag.

H&Rs and Koni's all around would be my recommendation. I've got AGXs in the rear that will soon be yanked for Koni's. I haven't ridden in a Max with Illumnias so I don't know about the ride. All I know is people are simply amazed at how smooth my Max rides with H&Rs, 17s, and Koni/AGX. I also have subframe connectors which make a difference too in ride quality. Handling wise, it's amazing. It can soak up bumps in tight turns, steering feedback is much better, and roll is greatly reduced. Again, some of this is also due to the subframe connectors and also my W-rated tires.

I'd put them all around. I hear the Illumina rears are cheap.
